What to do if you have a leak?

If the leak becomes excessive and poses a risk to your home, it is important to take immediate action. Start by locating your stopcock, which will allow you to stop the supply from the mains until one of our skilled Homecare Engineers arrives to resolve the issue. Rest assured that we are here to help you address any leak concerns effectively.

What if our engineer has not got the part?
We collaborate with a range of plumbing merchants who specialize in next-day delivery of replacement parts. Trust Homecare to locate the precise part you need for your plumbing repairs.
How much time do I get to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Homecare requires 24-hour notice for non-emergency bookings, fees may apply if cancellation is made outside the 24-hour window.

For emergency bookings, as long as the engineers haven’t made their way to the booked address then there is no charge for cancellations. If the engineers in on route or arrive at the address and the booking is cancelled then a charge may apply.

What does the 75 + Vat charge cover me for?

This charge covers you for;

 1, For a Homecare engineer to visit the property

2, Fully diagnose the issue that you are experiencing 

3, Any repair can be rectified without any parts, material or extra time

What warranty is offered with Homecare repair?

All labour is covered for 3 months

All parts are covered by the manufacturer for one year
